Why Fleeced Veneer ?

Continuous rolls
Optimises edgebanding speed while minimising the offcuts and wastage experienced with veneer strips.

Staggered finger joints
Finger joints mean extra strength and they are almost completely undetectable.

Fleece backed
Strong cellulose backing eliminates splintering, splitting, cracking and breakage during edgebanding and no priming is required.

Face sanded
The veneer is ready for lacquering after edgebanding.

Application

Fleeced Veneer can be applied by

    hotmelt edgebanders,
    hot-air edgebanders, or
    manually with a contact adhesive.

Most edgebanders’ trimming devices will cut Fleeced Veneer cleanly and without difficulty.

Fleeced Veneer can also be trimmed with a standard router.

Please note:
Fleeced Veneer can vary in colour from batch to batch because it is a natural timber product.
